Linda Stacey spent the first few years of working life setting up and running Elton John’s UK Fan Club. After 5 years in the music business she decided to change career. In 1980 she stumbled into Brook Street Bureau on the Stand and landed a job as Director’s Secretary at The Consumer Connection (One of the Top 10 Independent Research Companies).
When Consumer Connection folded Linda was invited to become Field Manager at Crucible Research, in addition to running Young Direction, Crucible’s Youth Research Section.
Linda left Crucible to set up Qualitative Fieldwork Services (QFS), which evolved into Emerald Fieldwork 4 years later.
Linda is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society and a member of the AQR.
